U.S. Supreme Court Rules on Rights of Detainees

The U.S. Supreme Court decision that gives enemy combatants the right to contest their detention in U.S. courts has some liberals celebrating and some conservatives scratching their heads. NPR's Tavis Smiley talks to Eugene Kontorovich, assistant professor in the school of law at George Mason University, and ACLU Legal Director Steve Shapiro.
