Examining the Candidates' Foreign Policy Plans

In the days after the first debate, the campaigns of Sen. John Kerry and President George Bush battle over national security and foreign policy on TV, radio and in newspaper opinion pages. Questions about the two candidates' positions on key issues remain less than clear.
