Explosions Outside Baghdad Mosques Kill Dozens

At least 29 people are killed and dozens injured in a series of explosions targeting Shiite mosques in Baghdad. The attacks come one day before the Shiite holy day of Ashoura. NPR's Madeleine Brand talks to NPR's Anthony Kuhn.
