Syria Plans to Scale Back Lebanon Deployment

Cheering crowds in Beirut, Lebanon, react to Syria's President Bashar al Assad, who Saturday vowed to pull Syrian troops back to the Lebanon/Syria border and negotiate with Lebanese officials for a further withdrawal. The State Department says that is "not enough" and are demanding a full withdrawal.
