Texas Lawmakers Challenge Low-Cost Internet Access

Several municipalities in Texas want to ban free and low-cost Internet connections. Critics say the service competes unfairly with larger providers, but supporters say such services give more people access to the Internet. NPR's Laura Sydell reports.
