Robert Schumann had Spring in mind when he was composing his Symphony Number 1. It features several springtime scenes, such as the brass fanfare that announces “The Beginning of Spring.” The “Spring Symphony” by Schumann is on the way for our Evening Masterwork, tonight at 7 on Classical WSMR.
