Florida Roundup: Legal Issues Surrounding Amendment 4; Bans on Conversion Therapy

Amendment 4 restored voting rights to more than a million Florida residents with a felony conviction.

However, a new law requires them to pay off back fines and fees before casting a ballot. Now, a federal judge will decide whether paying those costs is unconstitutional. We took a closer look at the issue with:
