'Cocaine Shortage' May Be a Myth

The Drug Enforcement Administration has reported an "unprecedented cocaine shortage," crediting law enforcement in the southwestern U.S. and Mexico. The truth on the street is far more complex, NPR's John Burnett reports after extensive investigation.
