Defender Discusses Juvenile Death Penalty Ruling

In the U.S. Supreme Court case that struck down the death penalty for minors, attorney Seth Waxman, whose client was convicted at age 17, argued that juvenile execution is unconstitutional. NPR's Madeleine Brand speaks with Waxman.
