Slate's Jurisprudence: Gender Equity in School Sports

The Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that a male high school coach who was fired after complaining that girls' teams received fewer resources than boys' is protected under Title IX. The law bars sex discrimination in any educational program that gets federal funds. NPR's Madeleine Brand speaks with Slate legal analyst Dahlia Lithwick.
