Young people sued Montana over climate and won. Now, Republicans are pushing back

Young people in Montana won a lawsuit against the state for promoting fossil fuels, saying it violated the state constitution’s right to “a clean and healthful environment.” This year, state lawmakers passed legislation to get around the decision.
