Congress Aims to Combat Identity Theft

In the wake of recent scandals involving data collection companies like ChoicePoint and LexisNexis, Congress has begun pushing for greater personal identity safeguards. NPR's Madeleine Brand speaks with NPR's Larry Abramson about newly proposed legislation that would address the issue.
