FBI arrests Wisconsin judge over immigration

Here & Now‘s Scott Tong speaks with Nancy Gertner, who was appointed by former President Bill Clinton, about last Friday’s arrest of a judge in Wisconsin, who federal authorities say tried to prevent the arrest of an immigrant living in the country without legal status. She has consulted on lawsuits against the Trump administration and she’s a senior lecturer at Harvard.
