Empath Health invites caregivers to a peaceful morning of rest, reflection, and self-care at our Seasons of Wellness: A Caregiver Retreat. This is a free event designed for anyone who provides care and support to others—whether you’re a family caregiver, a case manager, a parent of a child with special needs, or someone supporting a loved one through illness, disability, or aging.

The day will include a compassionate conversation on emotional healing led by an Empath Health counselor, guided meditation and sound bowls from Divine Harmony Yoga, and hands-on self-care activities to help caregivers reconnect with themselves. Guests will also have the opportunity to explore helpful community resources designed to support their caregiving journey.
