Robert talks with Jonathon Steele, a writer for The Guardian (a British newspaper), about his views on Russian President Boris Yeltsin. Steele says Yeltsin has adopted the tune of the Communists in his bid for re-election. For example, Yeltsin is now saying he would subsidize some state industries and is being more aggressively nationalistic in his campaign speeches.
