Richard Harris Reports On A Study In Today's New England Journal Of Medicine

that links the toxic chemical PCB with below average test scores. The study found that children whose mothers consumed large amounts of fish containing PCB, don't do as well on I.Q. and reading tests as kids with less exposure.
