Noah talks with Jack Burke, the railroad correspondent for Traffic World, the weekly magazine of the transportation industry, about the merger of the CSX and Conrail railway systems. The combined railroad system will not be the largest in the nation, but will approach the size of industry giants Union Pacific and Burlington Northern.
