NPR's Michael Sullivan has the fourth in a series of reports on how the rise of the Taliban militia in Afghanistan has affected neighboring countries. The threat of the Taliban to India is probably *not* great, but India, which has been fighting Muslim separatists in Kashmir, does worry about home-grown Islamic fundamentalism.
