Spanish folksinger Maria Salgado joins Lisa from Madrid to talk about her latest CD called Siete Modos De Guisar Las Berenjenas or Seven Ways to Cook Eggplant. For the past twenty years, Salgado has been performing folk songs from the Spanish region of Castille Leon. The songs include love songs, songs of work and cooking songs from Arab, Jewish and Christian traditions.
