NPR's Phillip Martin reports on the Million Family March held today on the fifth anniversary of the Million Man March. Today's March is expected to bring attention to challenges facing families. But in the wake of the various marches and rallies that have been held since then Million Man March five years ago, it is difficult to assess the long term impact of marches, or whether this march will have any influence on government policy in an election year.
