Host Bob Edwards talks to Paul Light, Director of Governmental Studies at the Brookings Institution in Washington, about the difficulties that the incoming Bush administration faces in selecting and appointing cabinet members and other high ranking government officials. The President-Elect will have roughly half the usual time to assemble his staff. Even under the best of circumstances, choosing and vetting presidential appointees can take months.
