AOL/Time Warner Approved

NPR's Larry Abramson reports on final approval by federal regulators of the merger between America Online and Time Warner. Last night, the Federal Communications Commission became the last agency to okay the merger but did impose conditions. Those conditions may not affect the way the new company does business, but they do set a precedent for federal regulation of the Internet.
