Nine people are still missing since Friday's collision between a U.S. submarine and a Japanese fishing trawler off the Hawaiian Islands. President Bush today asked for prayers for the families of the nine -- all lost from the ship. (The Navy has begun a probe of the incident, with questions focusing on the surfacing procedures followed by the U-S-S Greenville before it struck the trawler.)
