Bush: Social Security

It has been a week of campaign promise fulfillment for President Bush. He has struck a deal with Congress regarding a budget for the next fiscal year and announced his plans to proceed with a high-tech defense system to protect the U.S. from ballistic missiles. And today he named the members of a high-level commission who will make recommendations for reforming the Social Security system. The new panel will be dominated by members who are interested in allowing at least some Social Security contributions to be invested privately. NPR's Don Gonyea reports from the White House.
