Connecticut Governor, Facing Impeachment, Resigns

NPR's Mike Pesca reports Connecticut Gov. John Rowland will resign from office Monday. The Republican chief executive was facing possible impeachment for allegedly wrongfully accepting gifts and favors from state contractors and employees.
