Study: 14 Percent of Atlanta's Black Men Can't Vote

In Atlanta, 14 percent of African-American men cannot vote because they are imprisoned, on probation or on parole, according to a new study. NPR's Tavis Smiley speaks with Ryan King of the Sentencing Project and with Carl Route of the National Association of Previous Prisoners.
