Are Tsunami Aid Efforts Favoring Tourists in Phuket?

Correspondent Doualy Xaykaothao reports from Phuket, Thailand, about how relief efforts and media coverage following the tsunami disaster may be favoring foreign tourists over Thai nationals. An estimated one-half of those killed in the resort area were Europeans on vacation, and thousands are still missing.
