Wal-Mart Revives Expansion Plans in L.A. Suburb

One year ago, residents of Inglewood, Calif., voted to block the development of a Wal-Mart superstore. NPR's Farai Chideya talks with California assemblyman Jerome Horton and Wal-Mart's vice-president of corporate affairs Bob McAdam, about on-going negotiations over the corporation's expansion plans in the city.

Farai Chideya is a multimedia journalist who has worked in print, television, online, and radio.
