Marine Sentenced to 15 Years for Iraqi's Murder

Deliberations begin Friday at Camp Pendleton, Calif., in the sentencing of Marine Corps squad leader Sgt. Lawrence Hutchins III. Hutchins was convicted of murdering an Iraqi man in Iraq during a frustrated search for an insurgent.

A separate jury sentenced Cpl. Marshall Magincalda, who was found guilty of larceny and housebreaking but acquitted of murder, to time served.
