Bush: The U.S. Stands With Georgia

President Bush called on Russia Wednesday to live up to a cease-fire deal with Georgia and pledged humanitarian aid to the Western-backed former Soviet republic. He also announced he would send Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice to the Georgian capital, Tbilisi, to express solidarity with the democratically elected leadership there.
