Examining the organizations pushing for anti-trans bills in state legislatures

Madison Pauly, a reporter at Mother Jones, obtained emails between several conservative organizations and state lawmakers. She found a coordinated effort at the state level that’s resulted in a recent wave of bills restricting gender-affirmative care for transgender youth.
