Colorado bars Trump from holding office again

The Colorado Supreme Court ruled on Tuesday that former President Donald Trump is barred from holding public office due to his involvement in the insurrection.

We speak with Barbara McQuade, University of Michigan law professor and former U.S. attorney, about the implications of this ruling.
