With Blackhawk helicopters hovering overhead, about two dozen Special Operations Forces provide plenty of pseudo gunfire as they stormed the pastel-colored waterfront at the Tampa Convention Center Wednesday afternoon.
It was a military exercise on display for the Special Operations Forces Industry Conference.
The military forces represented 12 coalition countries. The exercise: a mock rescue or "extraction" of Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn.
