There will be entertainment for the entire family. Community agencies and health screenings. Food trucks and merchandise vendors will be onsite.
You will hear from one our community warriors who will share their life story about living with this disease.
Early bird registration includes names included in a drawing for a $100.00 visa gift. (you must be present to win)
