The City of Tampa Black History Committee Inc. (COTBHC) will host our 38th Annual Black History Celebration on Friday, February 6, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at the Tampa Convention Center, 333 S. Franklin Street.

This year’s theme, “Honoring Our Veterans: Celebrating 250 Years of Service and Strength,” will highlight some of the City of Tampa's finest employees and citizens.

We request the honor of your presence as we commemorate our nation's 250th anniversary. Please join us in recognizing the courageous men and women who served within the United States Armed Forces to defend our ideals and preserve our freedom.
