Arlete Rocha Foundation for the Deaf has the purpose to address, educate, coordinate, and provide activities and events to enhance the quality of life for the deaf and deaf-blind.
The Foundation offers (at no charge to deaf and deaf-blind but just an affordable donation if they could)
The Social Gatherings foster social interaction to build self-esteem and interaction with others who have hearing and/or hearing-visual disabilities.
