This session, as part of the Partnership for Public Service's Federal Employee Explainer Series, will help participants Hear advice from HR directors on how are resumes evaluated in the private sector, what theirs should look like and how the job market is. The session will also address questions federal employees have sent in advance regarding this action and how it impacts them. Speakers include the Partnership for Public Service, Laszlo Bock, former human resources lead, Google, and Patty McCord, former human resources lead, Netflix.
