Chip Scanlan Presents Free Seminar

Award-winning journalist, author and writing coach Chip Scanlan will present a seminar on Artificial Intelligence (AI) on Wednesday, May 21 at First Presbyterian Church’s Beach Drive Forum. Chip formerly directed the writing programs and the National Writer’s Workshops at St. Petersburg’s Poynter Institute For Media Studies where he taught for 15 years. An award-winning former journalist who has authored or edited a dozen books, his work has appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post and on NPR.

Beach Drive Forums, free seminars sponsored by First Presbyterian Church, 701 Beach Drive NE, St. Pete, are monthly conversations for the community with intriguing speakers on thought-provoking topics. They are held on Wednesdays from 5:30-7:30 PM in Fellowship Hall of First Presbyterian Church. Doors open at 5:30 PM, presentation is at 6 PM. Refreshments and Q&A are included. Open to the public. Best parking is in the church lot off N. Shore Dr. NE.
