Sarasota Orchestra Great Escapes: Sounds of Spring
Sarasota Orchestra evokes budding blooms and warm breezes to welcome in the season of renewal. This program includes sunny numbers from musicals such as Mary Poppins, Oklahoma!, and The Producers alongside excerpts from lush classical works including Copland’s Appalachian Spring, Beethoven’s Pastoral Symphony, and Respighi's Gli ucceli ("The Birds").
