This Labor Day, join Tampa neighbors, workers, students, and families to stand up for democracy and resist the authoritarian takeover threatening our communities. Together, we will show that the power belongs to the people, not billionaires or corporate elites.

Our Demands: -Stop the billionaire and authoritarian takeover of government -Protect democratic institutions and workers’ programs like Medicaid and Social Security -Fully fund public schools, healthcare, and housing for all -Resist attacks on marginalized communities and defend civil rights -Invest in people, not private empires or wars.

Core Principle: A core principle behind all Labor Day events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
