The Ruskin Woman's Club presents their annual sweetheart luncheon, "Tea Leaves 'n Thyme" on Saturday, February 11 at 12 noon at the group's historic clubhouse located at 503 S. US Highway 41 in Ruskin.

Tickets for this annual event are $35 for adults and $20 for children. Tables can be reserved for up to eight people. Your reservations should be made by February 6, 2023 by calling 813-296-3900. Payments can be made with a mailed check or using a credit card on the RWC website https://www.gfwcruskinwomansclub.org/events.

"This is a traditional event for grandparents to bring their grandkids to, a mom and daughter or a group of friends looking for delicious food and a memorable time," said Debbie Bonebrake, event chairwoman. "Nothing says 'Lady Luncheon' like table cloths, linen napkins and hot teapots. Last year we had 4 generations present at one table."

This is an extremely popular event and tickets sell out quickly. Guests will be pampered with a decorated setting that lends itself to portraits and group photos. Taste-testing is still underway to bring a fresh menu that begins with a cup of hot tea and warm fresh-made scones with Devonshire Cream. The plates will be individually served with a delightful variety of tasty foods that blend well from start to finish. Raffles & 50/50 will top off the festivities.
