Your Care Rep, Palm Medical, Aetna and Mobile OptiX presents "Veterans Fall In!" a service event offering veterans with one guest and seniors eye exams with discounted glasses, no cost Android tablets, wellness checks, benefits checkup, music, games, giveaways, coffee, donuts, ice cream and more.

First 30 RSVP'd on event website receive an eye exam, with access to discounted high-quality eyeglasses. Those arriving at the event who were not registered for an exam, can register at the event, in the event of any no shows. Attendees will receive the exam in order of registration.
