No explosives were found at Legoland Florida following a bomb threat and evacuation.
Winter Haven police said in a news release Thursday evening that officers found no explosives during a search of the park and its resort hotel. The threat was reported just before noon Thursday, and all guests were safely evacuated in less than an hour.
Legoland is set to reopen Friday. Adrian Jones, the park's general manager, released a statement Thursday afternoon saying the park will work with guests to get new tickets or refunds.
The Polk County Sheriff's Office, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, the Tampa Police Bomb Squad and officials from the state fire marshal's office all assisted in the search.
The theme park is located in Winter Haven.
