NPR's Anne Garrels reports from Moscow that the health of President Boris Yeltsin is causing concern among Kremlin watchers. Yeltsin this morning cancelled a meeting with Vice President Al Gore. And, he went on an unplanned two-week vacation at a state-run sanitarium in the suburbs of Moscow.
