Eric Weiner reports from Jerusalem on the Israeli cabinet voting to remove curbs on expansion of settlements in the occupied West Bank, a move that further endangers the already stalled Middle East peace process. Today's action did not spell out when and where the settlements will be expanded, but left those determinations to the various government ministries involved.
