NPR's Richard Harris reports that scientists have re-created the jaw of a Tyrannosaurus rex to determine just how strong the creature's bite was. The researchers found that the T.rex jaw apparently could produce extremely strong forces. The results provide more evidence that the T.rex was a predator, and not a scavenger, as some paleontologists have thought.
