NPR's Sunni Khalid reports that Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak has warned Israel it has three weeks to begin implementing the Middle East peace accords, or he will cancel an economic conference slated to be held in November in Egypt. Mubarak is using the conference as leverage to get Israel to soften its position with Syria and the Palestinians.
