NPR's Mara Liasson reports on the inconclusive end of President Clinton's emergency summit between Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu and Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat, which was called to try to breathe new life into the Middle East peace process. After two days of talks, it appears that no compromises were reached, and the only semi-positive result was that Arafat and Netanyahu talked to each other face-to-face.
