Robert talks with NPR's Elizabeth Arnold about presidential candidate Bob Dole's speech today in Coronado, California before the Electronics Industry Association. Dole is expected to be critical of the Clinton administration's policies...particularly what he perceives to be serious ethical lapses within the administration. The speech comes as Dole is preparing for tomorrow night's final debate with President Clinton, and some Republicans are urging Dole to attack Clinton on character issues.
