Linda talks with sports columnist Mike Lupica of the New York Daily News about the impending announcement in a case that pits Bob Kraft, the owner of the American Football Conference Champion New England Patriots, against their head coach, Bill Parcells. Parcells is rumored to be the first choice of the New York Jets football team, which is looking for a new head coach after a dismal season...and they are prepared to offer lots of money and control of football operations to the man they pick. But the Patriots claim that there is a clause in Parcells's contract that says that he must work for them through the 1997 season. NFL Commissioner Paul Tagliabue (TAG-lee-uh-boo) is preparing to make an announcement on the case.
